the creative business. We accept only the strongest candidates, stringently review
portfolios, and conduct personal interviews.
Freelance: Our experienced freelancers know how to “fill-in” for full-time staff
or how to manage special projects. They are able to jump in immediately, if not,
we don’t bill you for their time. If your project is anticipated to run 3 months
or more, we’ll arrange personal interviews and we offer a discounted hourly rate
for 3 months+ assignments. For multiple freelance hires or long term assignments,
we arrange personal interviews and discount our hourly rates.
Full-time: Because we’re locally-owned, we constantly network within the Chicago
creative community. We've cultivated an impressive list of talent over the past nine
years. Most importantly, we make matches based on personal conversations and full
portfolio reviews, not resume keyword-scanning software. For this reason, our placement
guarantee is longer than any of our competitors.
Freelance-to-Full-time: Many clients have an immediate need that may or may not become
a full-time position. Some want an extended trial period before deciding on a particular
candidate. We’ll arrange a freelance situation, then we’ll discount the hiring fee
should our candidate prove to be the ideal fit.
